More staff than customers. Long wait at the till. Slow cashier with no interaction to customers. Moved to self check out, where assistant unhelpful and freaking out about a customers placid dog.

Order goes missing, undelivered on specified date and they don’t reply. Keep tossing the request between their internal departments. Its been a week neither parcel is delivered not they are refunding my money. No update via email or phone.
