There is a horrid woman who works at the post office section who does nothing but yell at people. Witnessed her yelling at a poor woman who needed some help sending a letter through the self service machines and I almost went to intervene and help her myself but thankfully she managed to do it. Great service on a Good Friday. The manager and Sheila are lovely, kind, jolly, helpful and professional people. A real credit to WH Smiths. Wonderful!
