I have visited this store on a number of occasions and always found the staff friendly and helpful. They really know the books as well so can give some good recommendations. Definitely worth a visit.

Staff in Harrow branch can always suggest the right newish book for family member or friend! I go in , tell them a bit about the person eg age, interests and without fail they come up with suggestions, and quite often have read some of them.
