Hassle free experience. They have manual and automated counters for shipping. The old man by the automated counters was very helpful. I got my work done 2 minutes which is fast and convenient. I think a lot of the problems were during covid with more people working from home and a staff shortage due to social distancing being implemented. It's either that or people are on benefits and I didn't notice as I in the city before lockdown. They need to increase staff levels now as there is usually only 1 or 2 desks... read full comment
