My local store is excellent. Came down here to stay with a family member. Needed a smart casual shirt for a night out. Went to look and the men’s floor was similar to a charity shop. No standards. Went elsewhere. Considering the price of the clothes, I’d expect the rails to be tidy, and not shopping £35 shirts off... read full comment

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this store. After reading multiple reviews, I wasn’t shocked that I wasn’t the only one with a terrible experience. It’s clear that many customers have faced the same issues, yet, shockingly, no one seems to bother improving the service.
