You suck guys. If I can enter the shop and can't use the tills to pay for shopping then something is really wrong. Also recently I had my unhappy time not being able to buy sudafed because the till staff wasn't trained well enough to scan the product.... Come on guys! You used to be my favourite shop!

it is a long way when getting out of the lift to the entry especially if are using walking sticks, I was told the there was only one way and that is to walk a very long way before I could enter the shopping area, staff and perhaps Morrisons seems oblivious to the customer's needs.
