The lady declined to change money to US$ stating that she needed a bank statement to show it was my cash……!!! Never again.

I didn’t find them friendly nor helpful. I forgot my driving license and told them I’ll be back in five minutes and then they close the store at 5:19 pm when they close at 5:30pm.I knocked on the shutter and they ignored me.
