They cancelled appointments numerous times / didn’t show up / wouldn’t replace washing machine parts - have now been left without a working washing machine for nearly 4 months.DO NOT USE

Do not trust them. They have taken payment in advance. Gave me an all day appointment. Then a 3 hour slot between 5pm-8pm. No one showed up, but now they claim the job was done! No phone call, no refund, nothing.

Terrible service!!! They charged uš a fee in advance of the visit and didn’t show up. We called them and they told us the engineer is on his way. We waisted the whole day waiting and called them again and they told us they will refund the money. We are still waiting for the refund and we’ll ask the bank to chase the...
