There is one lady who serves here who is so horrid. She makes you feel small and inadequate for ordering a simple coffee telling you you should do it better or te her something before hand. The staff are VERY rude. Call your order "ridiculous" don't smile and genuinely make you feel very unwelcome, forgetting that without customers they'd be closed. The staff at the station one are excellent.
