It's always great to go to this store. Has everything you need in toiletries and cosmetics and is always fully stocked up. Spacious and easy to navigate.

Went to Kilburn, the staff by the perfume have a major attitude problem. The manager doesn't listen to the staff, the staff are impatient. Giving a 3 because I can't say anything about the staff on the floor
