Absolute joke. Received a text the previous day telling me my item would be delivered between 7:46-11:46. Its now 13:37 and still not delivered. I live 3 mins from the office and it was received there at 7:05 but somehow they've messed up this bad. Called customer service and they said the 4 hour timeframe was an estimate... read full comment
