I've been going to College Road stores and pot-office for years. The post-mistress is kindness itself and always welcomes me with a smile. She is highly efficient. I can't understand the negative reviews here. Not my experience at all.

Tried to send a parcel that was wrapped but needed a little more tape and I had ran out. Really rude lady unwilling to help people and offer a single piece of her “personal cello tape” awful customer service and will never use again.

If I could give it no stars I would. The staff are rude, unhelpful and extremely unpleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t bother using them - go 2 minute drive or 7 minute walk to the one in Kensal Rise.
