Extremely disappointed with the service at Peacocks Store Harlesden (NW10 4NJ). I made a purchase, but one item was missing from my bag. Staff's negligent response and lack of urgency in resolving the issue were shocking. This incident reflects a concerning lack of customer care and professionalism. Unacceptable experience!

I couldn’t find a SINGLE size 8 item even the jewellery sizes started from medium. Why is SMALL and size 8 missing from this store ?! Their were some nice earrings however
