Only one face to face til open. Cashier did not engage as was talking on her headset. Just rude!

Not a great experience. Had to do a return, initially told that the item had to be in the original packaging unopened. No, that’s not the policy. At the store was met with an attitude like I was a just being a pain and was trying to pull a fast one. Had to remind them that even if it wasn’t working it would be classified... read full comment

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve every experienced manager Alvin is absolute rubbish yes I named and shamed he’s awful
