Rude staff, I bought a Stainless Steel item that become rusty, I went into return as SS should not rust and it became and interrogation and a fuss. This is why retail shops are closing down, next time I will just order from Amazon or John Lewis.

I had an important DHL parcel containing documents delivered there for pick up. It was a nightmare to get it! First time I get there a guy in glasses tells me if I don't have ID document I can't get it. Annoying yes, but fair enough, I'll get there tomorrow before work.
