Got there at 6:50pm to get a prescription from the GP (released at 3pm) for a 3 year old with 39.5 temperature and they wouldn’t receive me saying they had commitments to attend (while shutting the door in my face). Should be criminal!

Have been a loyal customer of Ritz for over 25 years, but notice that since the last few years the service is going down. They were never cheap but had excellent service and was a good village pharmacy where customers were recognised and valued.Of late there’s constant turnover of staff resulting in no customer recognition.... read full comment
