Understaffed, closes early and some services like international post are unavailable after 1pm. The self service machines don’t seem to accept any prepaid labels and I’m not surprised the staff are always in a foul mood!

Can be quite busy sometimes but they always try their best to be efficient, for example by trying to separate those from the queue that can be helped on the machine rather than counter. The staff turned up 50 minutes late, didn't apologise for being late, then told me I can't charge my electricity key as the machine isn't working.The level of ignorance is astounding.
