People expect to be brief and forget to be polite. Then, when not fawned upon (partly because they are often unwell) they write unkind reviews.Put yourself in the place of those working in boots. Terrible. Today, I saw very rude staff. She worked at the counter this evening. I asked her "Card payment only or Cash OK" She answered "Card only". unhelpful staff who turned me away despite booking and them confirming it was all booked correctly on the system. Were not willing to compromise or even apologise.
