I asked Timpsons in the Broadway if they could fix a zip on my backpack for me. They said it would be expensive to go and they had to send it away, however one of the staff called King, spent a good 20 minutes trying To fix it for me for free. He left it in much better shape . He has restored my faith in people, so kind...

Best watch repair service I've had in years! Absolute quality!It's so easy to provide a good friendly service and this place is one of the few that can! Thank you. I think the guy who served me's name is Joey, who also works in the Wandsworth branch.
