Shocking customer service at the counter this evening. Rude male staff shouting at me to “move faster” when i had 2 items & was at the counter for barely at min with no one behind me. Bad service and staff confused. I went in and store was empty as they were waiting for delivery at 1pm but whatever…. The guy was rude and they don’t give forks with the lunch that requires it. Staff are always polite, however selection is hit and miss sometimes great amount of stock other times low on all stock. Biggest issue is they always turn lights down early and close shutters half way nearly an hour before closing and 25 min before closing are rushing you to till and 10 min before closing time are locked.... read full comment
