Eye test was helpful as the doctor is good and helpful. However the staff are not helpful, they do not give alternatives or support. They are friendly until you pay, once you pay the service become horrible.I regret dealing with them as other specs shops had a better service.Note: I do not have FB to reply to your comment

Bad service and communication. Every time I needed something from them, they provided wrong information, had to go back multiple times. Huge waste of time but at least now I understood there is no point in giving them another chance.

I never order glasses here there are always giving my glasses after long wait such as 3/4 weeks and even I paid full price without glasses also staff isn’t kind service is not good don’t buy there!
