As per the other 1 star reviews, I too suffered a similar fate, but in my case no delivery at all, £53 gone and told constant lies by their call center. Firmly belive these con artists should be shut down. Given fake email address to write to when i tried to complain. Avoid them at all cost.

DO NOT ORDER!, these guys also go by "flowers and plants co", some kind of middle men. The service is none existent, i paid extra for next day delivery by noon, never got confirmation, any contact, i just received excuses, "we don't know, let me check with dispatch, dispatch are busy, no one gets back to us, etc etc " ,... read full comment
