When I arrived there was a 2 hour wait. It was not until I checked with the person who checked me in a while later tht they checked to see if the required tyres were in stock, they were not and it was almost too late to order the ones needed. First of all apprentice called Jos’e is amazing much better attitude and customer care than his supervisor. So overall Very bad customer service my battery was not delivered and fitting was rearranged twice due to staff shortages but they could have contacted me before just turning up and wasting a day of work. I was a "drive-in" customer and after a wait was well looked after. You rang and said the car was ready and I came and picked it up
