Amazing service by the staff here, Mylene was a star! I lost my headphones in the store and she returned them to me.

Long queues despite shop being quiet. Staff won't serve you at the tills making you queue to use the self service machines, but they do have people standing around to pressure you to get an H&M card. Nice clothes but not a good experience.
