Margarita at the Help & Advice desk was helpful, friendly and efficient. This is the second time I've been into this branch and both times service was excellent. I noticed they often have some challenging customers but they always remain calm and professional.

Very very disappointed! The only one great costumer service I have received is from Margarita. I had the worst experience in my life on the counter. No information given to me about a deposit , no prefissonal approach, no attention! Just usless! It's very bad to have a central bank ans to receive this kind of approach.... read full comment
