Great range of classes, friendly staff and a gym full of energy.Just completed another Hydrox class. It is an excellent exercise class led by a great enthusiastic trainer, Karolina. Wonderful regular group very welcoming and supportive. Only issue it’s so popular you need to book early. Thank you Karolina ??

A shame this gym has become completely overcrowded and impossible to use after they’ve shut the Shepherds Bush location (with 14 days notice no less)They also increased my membership from 69 to 89 out of nowhere because of this. Quite obvious the random influx of 5 star reviews are from employees and trainers

Great gym! Equipment is always kept clean and Sanitised. Staff are amazing, good customer service. Highly recommend for a great gym and spa experience.
