I have came to this exact location a few times but never have I experienced any customer service like Aseya has given, she is so wonderful and gives a very warm vibe and absolutely wonderful. She has served me twice and is always amazing.

Walked in ,served with a smile by lady barista,and an indifferent/despondent stare from male barista, chose path of light and security. Served immediately and pleasantly by her , though slightly short in measure ,hot chocolate , out the door in 3-4 minutes,great if in a rush!

2 bad things in this Nero cafe.
First: they didn’t take the empty cups of others from the tables AND didn’t clean the tables, you need to clean it and put away the empty cups.
