I spent an hour in the car wash queue at BP around June last year, and today I received a £100 parking fine for overstaying. I contacted BP’s customer service, but they told me I need to contact someone else. It’s a disgrace.

I spent an hour in the car wash queue in BP Talgarth Road and today I got a parking fine for £100 for overstaying. That's ridiculous. I just checked on here to find out that I'm not the first one. You apparently know the issue and you don't fix it. Robbery!
