I booked an appointment for contact lenses. I arrived at the place at 3:35pm. I was told to put the contact lenses in and wait for 10mins. I was seen by an optician after 45mins. On top of that they don’t have a disabled toilet . I didn’t want to go somewhere to use the toilet because I didn’t want to miss my appointment....

I gave it five stars which is supposed to mean that I love it but I don't really love it, i just go here to get my eyes tested and to not be blind.
