Definitely 5 stars customer service from manager Rahul ( I hope thats right ). Did everything he could to help and was very empathetic. Its not something you experience everyday

Massive queues, card machine rejected a printed HMRC cheque

Your ATMs both in and out the branch DO NOT accept deposits and its been like this for over a month. Why on earth would I want to queue for hours for something so simple that can be sorted at the machine. Get them fixed already
