What has happen to customer service? I went in store today looking for a product, I asked a staff member if she could assist, who just responded nope we don’t have it! Very unhelpful…. The staff at this store are helpful.And somewhat knowledgeable.I am satisfied. But I cannot say the same for the occasion that I’ve had to order online from this company. I’ve ordered next day delivery. Only to be told items aren’t in stock and delivery will be in a week. Selling items not in stock and taking payment... read full comment
