This is got to be the worst Halifax bank ! Too many people go in there with issues ! customer services terribleYou need to avoid this bank what do you expect it's hackneyPeople hanging around the cash points when getting money out

Apparently no £50 notes available. Went twice even when I ordered over the phone. Also almost all their branches don't open on Saturdays. Other banks are better nowadays.

Online Banking full of bugs. Phone banking take over an hour to get your call. When you go to a Bank branch they say it can only be solved online or phone! Terrible service. Worst bank in the world!!!!!
