Used to come here a lot, popped in as I was passing by recently and wow, not going back. Paid nearly 5 quid for a weak, watery frappe made with Instant Coffee and when I questioned it was met with a shrug. Toilets now locked and for "customer use only" and it was still dirty and the emergency pull chord was wrapped around... read full comment
