This place has been horrid for ages. The staff are incompetent and rude. First time there, they forgot to make my drink which I paid for! The lady was rude when I asked where my drink was. The second time, with different staff, they made it wrong- did not add coffee when I ordered it with coffee. Ridiculous!

Drinks are fine, if pricey.
As far as I can tell, the management remains terrible.
