Stef was a superhero to our 9 year old who hit his head gawping at the London skyline. Stef grabbed a huge bag of ice and helped our little boy in his hour of need. Frappacinos and coffee great here too.

Unwelcoming staff. There was nobody in front of us but we still had to wait 7 minutes for the WRONG coffee (asked for skinny, received semi skimmed). The 'barista' spilt the previous customer's coffee and made no apology whatsoever.\\nBad experience, won't be back
