I would like to say that Loretta, Carol, Mark and Ben are brilliant Posties and one of the main reasons why I am staying with Royal Mail - for now. Opening hours are dreadful but it’s no fault of the staff. Royal Mail upper management has long term plans to remove delivery offices and the reduced opening hours is a part of this. There is one particular gentleman who is helpful and kind who always makes my day when collecting parcels.
