Staff were really great in helping me to resolve issue of a stolen phone. They were clearly very knowledgeable and gave me good instructions on how to fix everything. Not really a good shop experience I tried to return a device that I bought one week ago and they apparently cannot help without an id . This is not written anywhere in the return procedure. Why do you give people a return code if that cannot be used to return the device? Apparently they are convinced that the way ahead... read full comment
