Best wine shop and staff is really cooperative in selecting of wines

The wine is good but I specifically have asked not to be sent deliveries on cardboard boxes that I have to break down to get into our recycling bin. Again I have a delivery of a couple of bottles of wine in a 6 bottle cardboard box which I not have to break down for the bins. This negates the pleasure of a nice glass of... read full comment

Appalling service. Ordered click and collect, no notification (as promised in order confirmation email). Waited a week only to be told when I rang up that the order had been waiting since the day I placed it (!) Didn't it even occur to the store to call to check that I was aware. Won't be shopping there again.
