Booked an appointment for 09:30 on Saturday morning for alignment. Was told would take about 45 minutes.An hour and a half later they had finally gotten around to working on the car and finished half an hour later.What is the point of an appointment if the time is not honoured? Lewis and Darcey ( i rhink thats the young ladies name ) made a bad day / situation a whole lot better . Couldnt have been more helpful , got me back on the road asap for a reasonable price and a good job done too. All the staff were friendly . As a lone female hundreds of miles from home it was a relief to find them.... read full comment
