This review relates to the Costs Coffee shop immediately on the north side of the river, under Tower Bridge. This place does not possess a toilet. It is my understanding that food and drink outlets with 10 or more seats must, by law, provide a toilet for customers. Not sure how they have got round this

Quite simply, it's the table on the end of the balcony, in a stunning contemporary glass box, that offers one of the worlds greatest coffee views looking down over the Tower of London & Tower Bridge.
