Visited the store today. I would say the worst customer service i have ever received by the lady at till. She is pathetic and rude even towards the kids. She is biased towards her own people but forgetting herself where she is comes from ! She is a joker who curses the customer’s children. Avoid this place.

Lovely hidden gem of Greenford. Worth a visit for party, household, stationary, gifting, crafting, gardening stuff and more. They do it all. Worth a visit. They give amazon a good run for the money. Next time I will check them first before ordering online.Very helpful staff.
