Been to this shop many times and donated lots of goods several times. Purchased some combat trousers and the zip broke within minutes of wearing it!!!! Went back with the receipt and was told they needed the label on the trousers and the receipt was not good enough. I won't be going back there or donating stuff ever again.... read full comment
