Zero stars, The bank's staff are unfriendly and not helpful

I had an apointment for a certain time(3:45-4:30), but when I arrived the bank was closed. A complete waste of time.

Very rude staff, were so unhelpful and unprofessional when i needed assitant especially the the lady with an accent possibility eastern European or other, as i didn't catch her name.
