The serviettes are not free for customers to use. They are kept on the counter facing the staff. I asked the server why the serviettes are not on display for customers to use, as after eating fried chicken with your hands you will need serviettes. He said people take too many serviettes/tissues. I ordered a Zinger Burger meal and received a child's portion. When I asked for a refund, the manager was very rude. As for cleanliness, I would be afraid to eat anything there.???????
