Honestly if you’re picking up a perscription you’re better off doing it elsewhere. The pharmacist who seemed like she was in charge today (a middle aged Asian lady)was very rude and dismissive as she shouted my perscription and then details for everyone in the shop to hear. Never again.

I had a wonderful experience at Boots Pharmacy while collecting my medication. Amelia, the pharmacist, impressed me with her professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge about medications. I couldn’t be happier with the service she provided.
