Loads of staff hanging around ,they should be behind counters!! Queuing system for self service not clear.Only 1 cashier..you know very well that your customers want to come INTO the bank not bank or deal with things online so stop trying to push that in our faces..we want to speak and deal with people face to face NOT... read full comment
