One of the rudest forms of Pret-level-bad customer service. Hard to believe that level of hostility towards displeased paying customers. Wow!

Standard service but inconsistant food service. You can not expect the same things on the shelves. In fact in the last time i ordered was January because they never have the food i wish to order
