I was told to go to this branch by an operator as it says the branch is open until 3 online. However when I went to the branch at 13:15 I found it closed with amended times on the door stating it closed at 12. This is ridiculous. Just know there is the branch but seem like they never open!

It seems that they change their hours at a moment's notice and never update the website. They are no longer open on Saturdays and they now close at 3pm on Fridays. Basically useless as I'm never able to actually use this bank despite me living a quick walk from it.
