Staff was clumsy and unprofessional @Costa at charing cross Hospital

The barista in training who was on tills 25/05 , absolute star. She made me feel so good when I came to visit my sick mum. She spoke so kind to me. Just what we need in the world! I hope I can get her name next time I visit.

I like Costa but not this branch and it’s not good.
