I went to collect a parcel today. Mrs Wendy was impatient, rude, unhelpful kind of annoyed. I asked her for her name, and instead of telling me her name she asked me why, she knew she did wrong. Luke the manager is a laughing joke. Waitrose messed our delivery and received completely wrong ingredients.We called Waitrose and Luke told us he will give us the correct items.
